Do I need a technical team to work with you?
No. Most of our clients have no developers. We handle the build; you need someone who knows how the work actually gets done today and can give us an hour or two a week during the audit and testing.
Which tools do you work with?
Whatever you already use. We build on n8n, Make and Zapier for orchestration, connect to CRMs like HubSpot and Pipedrive, use Google Drive or Notion as shared storage, and write custom API integrations when an off-the-shelf connector doesn't exist. Everything lives in accounts you own.
How long until something is live?
The audit takes about two weeks. A first system typically goes live three to six weeks after that, depending on how many tools it touches. We deliberately start with one workflow rather than trying to automate everything at once.
What if I don't know what to automate?
That's what the audit is for. Book a call, walk us through a normal week, and we'll come back with a ranked list of opportunities and an honest view of which ones are worth building first.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Every system we ship has monitoring and a fallback path: failed runs are logged, retried where safe, and a named person on your side is notified with enough context to act. On a support plan, we fix it before you've noticed.
How is pricing structured?
The audit is a fixed fee. Builds are scoped and quoted per system after the audit, so there are no surprises. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer you can cancel any time.
